The data controller is the Lithuanian Suzuki Association (Lietuvos Suzuki Asociacija). For any data-related question, email suzuki.asociacija@gmail.com.
2. What data we collect
- Contact form data: your name, email address and message, which you provide yourself.
- Teacher profile data (name, photo, city, work location, contacts, languages, biography) – published only with the teacher's consent.
- Administrator login data (email and password) required for the admin panel.
- Technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type) processed automatically by the server to run and protect the website.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your enquiries – your request and our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
- Publishing teacher information so families can find a teacher – consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Keeping the website running and secure – legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
4. Retention
Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and no longer than 2 years. Teacher profiles are kept while the teacher works with the association or until consent is withdrawn.
5. Recipients
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. Data is stored with our website hosting and database providers, who process it only on our instructions.
6. Your rights
- Access your data and receive a copy.
- Have inaccurate data corrected.
- Have your data erased ("right to be forgotten").
- Restrict or object to processing.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).

7. Cookies
This website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Only strictly necessary browser storage is used to keep administrators signed in. It is set only when signing in to the admin panel, so no consent banner is needed for regular visitors.
